B.C.'s real estate market showed signs of resilience last month, with a modest increase in sales volume and some regions holding steady despite ongoing economic challenges driven by U.S.-imposed tariffs.
Tore Jacobsen, Macdonald Realty's Eastern Region Managing Broker and Chair of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, says that "successful sellers are going the extra mile to meet buyers where they're at - staging their home, handling repairs up front, and most importantly, pricing their homes realistically for the current market conditions."
